The eCom (E-Series) AI website generator uses product information from Retail POS to build a themed online showroom website, allowing shoppers to browse your catalog online without a checkout feature. You can customize your showroom’s design, add contact forms, or enable online payments and shipping when you’re ready to sell online.
Creating an online showroom is a practical way to showcase your products, grow your brand, and bring more customers. Depending on your business needs, you can use your online showroom to:
- Build an online presence: Every business needs an online presence. Your website can be as simple as a landing page with basic information like your location, unique selling points, and brand story.
- Showcase your products online: For premium brands or concept stores that don’t require eCommerce (like luxury furniture), an online showroom website can feature your catalog, contact form, and service or event pages so customers can explore product details online before visiting your store.
- Offer consultation-based sales: For businesses that sell complex or high-value products requiring personalized guidance (like medical equipment or bicycles), an online showroom website can be used to collect leads and provide consultations before completing sales.
- Generate leads: For service-based businesses (like beauty salons or car dealerships), an online showroom website can be used to collect contact details through forms so you can follow up via email or phone.
- Support B2B or wholesale sales: Manufacturers or distributors can use an online showroom website to give partners or clients access to an up-to-date catalog with detailed product information and visuals for improved wholesale communication and browsing experience.
- Prepare for eCommerce: Use your online showroom website to test customer interest, gather feedback, and refine your online content before enabling checkout and full eCommerce functionality.
