Steps

1. Sign in as a user with Void sales permissions .
2. Click Reporting.
3. Click Gift Card Reports.
4. Search for the gift card number.
5. Click View Sale.
6. On the right hand side, click Void.

Additional Information

Voiding the sale where the gift card was issued will:

• Remove the payment received for the gift card from reporting data.
• Remove the balance from the gift card.
• Void the gift card so it cannot be reused.
