To make sure your customers are aware of their current loyalty balance or how much loyalty they earned on a sale, you can customize your receipts to display this information. You can also display a sign-up message and QR code to make it easy for customers to become Loyalty members.

1. Navigate to Setup > Outlets and registers.

   

2. Click the Receipt tab.

   

3. Click the pencil icon (Edit) next to your receipt template.
4. In the Totals section, check the Display Loyalty Earned checkbox.

5. In the Loyalty Earned Label field, enter the text you want to display next to the value on your receipts (e.g. LOYALTY EARNED).

   

6. (Optional) To display a customer's loyalty balance on a receipt:
   • Select the Display Customer Details checkbox.
   • Select the Customer Balances checkbox.

   • In the Loyalty Balance Label field, enter the text you want to display next to the value on your receipts (e.g. Loyalty).

     

7. (Optional) To display a sign-up message and QR code on receipts, select the Display Loyalty QR Code checkbox. You can customize the Sign-up message displayed.

   

8. When finished making your changes, click Save.

Your Loyalty members will now see their loyalty earned and loyalty balance on their receipts. New customers will see a sign-up message and QR code.
