Managing purchase orders from the purchase order overview page
Once you’ve added products and saved a purchase order, you can review the order’s details on the purchase order overview page. From this page, you can update prices, import a CSV file, export a CSV file, or update printable columns:
- Navigate to Inventory > Stock control > Orders.
- Click the order number to open its purchase order overview page.
-
Review the product table, which lists the ordered products along with their locations, total quantities, costs, and prices. If the purchase order is in a different currency than your default currency, costs will be displayed in the purchase order currency.
-
Click Edit prices to open a pop-up on the Products page. From there, you can choose what happens when the supply price changes, highlight SKUs included in orders, enter a new supplier price, or change the markup, margin, or retail price. Click Save prices to close the pop-up, then click the back arrow on your browser window to return to the purchase order overview page.
- Click Import CSV to import a stock order spreadsheet with changes.
- Click Export CSV to download the product table as a CSV file.
- To display or hide columns in the product table and on the printed order sheet, click View/hide columns, check or uncheck the relevant boxes, then click Update.
- Click the magnifying glass icon (Search) to search for a product in the table.
Composite products are displayed with a breakdown of their individual items, but only the composite product itself is used to calculate order quantities, the total price, and the cost of the order.
