Connecting your Retail POS (X-Series) account to Lightspeed Wholesale lets you access NuORDER and use the Wholesale experience directly from your POS.
To activate Lightspeed Wholesale:
- From your Retail POS dashboard, navigate to the Wholesale page.

Click Activate Wholesale. Lightspeed checks whether the email address associated with your Retail POS account matches an existing NuORDER account.
- If a matching account is found, review the account details and click Confirm and activate..
- If you have a NuORDER account registered with a different email address, click Use a different account and sign in with that account.
- If no matching account is found, confirm your email address and follow the prompts to create and activate a new NuORDER account.
- Complete your retailer profile. Your profile information is pre-filled from your Retail POS settings and is used to provide more relevant brand and product recommendations.
- When setup is complete, click Shop Lightspeed Wholesale to open the Wholesale page.
That’s it! Your Retail POS (X-Series) and NuORDER accounts are now connected.
Retail POS remains the primary source for profile information managed by the integration. To update these profile details, make the changes directly in Retail POS.
From the Wholesale page, click Shop NuORDER to open your connected NuORDER account. You can continue using your NuORDER account independently from Retail POS (X-Series) at any time.
If you would like to disconnect your NuORDER account from Retail POS (X-Series), please contact Support. Our team will assist you with safely disconnecting the integration.
